Private Jets

Are Private Jets Just For The Extremely Wealthy?
Private jet. Can you imagine what it must feel like to buy your very own private jet? With a private jet, the elite have flown into exotic Tahiti, majestic Greece, and even outback Australia!

But is a private jet just for the extremely rich or can the average person ever hope to acquire a private jet of their own? Well, since a private jet does not come cheap - most start in the millions of dollars - a private jet may seem far out of reach.

The good news is that a private jet can be rented or even leased at a moment's notice. So if you've got to get to that business meeting in style, why not show up in an executive level private jet. Some style, right?

A luxury private jet can include everything from a wet-bar to a jacuzzi built right in to the structure of the private jet. The president of Virgin owns a private jet. Just one private jet was not sufficient for John Travolta so he purchased two, for his fly-in residential community in Florida.

An international styled private jet is available in many colors and it comes with Italian charm as well. Do some research on your very own private jet - who knows, you may be getting one sooner than you think!

Wrongful Death

Each year, many people are faced with the loss of a loved one that somehow just doesn't add up. Once you get through your grief and the facts begin to come together, you may think that someone made a mistake that cost you your loved one. If you feel that wrongful death may have happened to someone you know and love, then you have every right in the world to pursue it.

Knowing what to do is the key here. It is best not to go after anyone yourself, but to allow your attorney to do this. If you do not have one, contact several and ask for help. You will need to meet with them, tell them about your situation and why you think wrongful death happened. They can then help you to determine if in fact this is true. From this point, you can choose the attorney that fills your needs the best and depending on whether or not they believe you have a case, move forward.

More than likely, the attorney will handle most of the fact finding as well as the lawsuit for you. You are likely needed to provide the information that you know and to assist them at trial. More than that, you will not need to do in most cases. Because you are putting so much trust into this lawyer, you need to make sure that you trust him or her. You need to know that they will do the very best to find out what actually happened and to make sure that if it was wrongful death that someone is punished. More importantly, they will help to make sure that wrongful death does not happen again to someone else's loved one. Wrongful death is wasted life.

Family Law

Family law refers to anything involving legal services that has to do with families. When people get divorced, they need to have the services of a family lawyer. This person helps them to divide the property fairly and settle disputes out of court of possible. Each spouse will need to have his/her own lawyer and the lawyers will deal with each other if the separation and divorce is not an amicable one. This eliminates the extra stress of having to argue things out in public.

Although some couples do not need to have two different lawyers because they agree to divorce and can solve the separation problems themselves. They only need to have a lawyer to make the divorce legal in court. However, if there are children involved family law looks after the children in deciding custody rights and the amount of payment needed by one of the parents to help pay the children's expenses. Family law is not just for divorces, though. It may be used by grandparents who want access to their grandchildren or if children have been taken illegally by one of the parents.

When dealing with family law, you will receive the same professional services as you would receive if you needed a criminal lawyer. Actually, family lawyers have been trained to deal with sensitive issues and are able to give you an unbiased opinion about the solution to the problem. A lawyer experienced in family law can help you in many ways:

* Explain how the courts work and help you decide which options are open toyou. * Advise you of your rights and the best way to deal with an issue * Prepare the paperwork required and represent you in court * Seek a court order that gives you physical protection, if this is necessary.

Family law is sometimes provided to low income families through legal aid services. You don't have to feel that because you don't have the money for a lawyer that you have nowhere to turn. Many of these lawyers also have an online presence and will answer questions for you without charge.

INVESTING

Investment is a term with several closely-related meanings in finance and economics. It refers to the accumulation of some kind of asset in hopes of getting a future return from it.

In common usage it is taken to mean exchanging money for a promise of more money in the future (investing in a bond), exchanging money for some or total ownership of a company or companies (investing in a stock or mutual fund), and the exchange of money by a business for an addition to their ability to produce (capital investment)

It can also be fined as laying out money or capital in an enterprise with the expectation of profit

PAYDAY LOAN

A payday loan, paycheck advance or cash advance is a small, short-term loan (typically up to $1,500) without a credit check that is intended to bridge the borrower's cashflow gap between pay days. Note, however, that the term cash advance can also mean cash provided against a prearranged line of credit such as a credit card.

The loan is typically given in cash and secured by the borrower's post-dated check that includes the original loan principal and accrued interest. The maturity date usually coincides with the borrower's next pay day. On the maturity date the lender processes the check traditionally or through electronic withdrawal from the borrower's checking account.

Payday lenders typically operate small stores or franchises, but large financial service providers also offer variations on the payday advance. Some mainstream banks offer a "direct deposit advance" for customers whose paychecks are deposited electronically. When a consumer requests the direct deposit advance they receive a predetermined, small cash advance. On the next direct deposit into the consumer's bank account that advance amount is removed by the bank plus a fee for the advance (usually around 10-20%). Some income tax preparation firms partner with lenders to offer "refund anticipation loans" to filers.

MORTGAGE

A mortgage (Law French for "dead pledge") is a device used to create a lien on real estate by contract. It is used as a method by which individuals or businesses can buy residential or commercial property without paying the full value upfront. The borrower (also called the mortgagor) uses a mortgage to pledge real property to the lender (also called the mortgagee) as security against the debt (also called hypothecation) for the rest of the value of the property.

A Mortgage is a long term loan repaid over a fixed period of time known as a mortgage term.

A contract between a borrower and a lender where the lender guarantees payments until the debt is repaid

LOANS

A loan is a type of debt. Like all debt instruments, a loan entails the redistribution of financial assets over time, between the ' and the '. The borrower initially receives an amount of money from the lender, which they pay back, usually but not always in regular installments, to the lender. This service is generally provided at a cost, referred to as interest on the debt.

A form of financial aid that must be repaid with interest. Loans provide monetary assistance through participating lenders, colleges, the federal government, and other organizations.

Loan protection insurance can help to protect loan repayments if customers become unemployed or suffer an accident or injury or in the event of a death repays the UK loan.

EQUITY LOANS

What is Equity?
The difference btween the homeowner's outstanding mortgage balance and the fair market value of a property.
and Equity Loans is a loan that is based on a borrower's equity in a property.

It includes using the equity in the property to borrow additional cash, usually secured by a second deed of trust

Debt Consolidation

A strategy sometimes used by consumers to better manage their debt problems. Rather than paying off several separate bills each month, a consumer consolidates his or her debts with a financial institution that will arrange for one lower monthly payment extending over a period of time.

The replacement of multiple loans with a single loan, often with a lower monthly payment and a longer repayment period. It's also called a consolidation loan.

CREDIT CARD

A credit card system is a type of retail transaction settlement and credit system, named after the small plastic card issued to users of the system.
A credit card is different from a debit card in that the credit card issuer lends the consumer money rather than having the money removed from an account. It is also different from a charge card (though this name is sometimes used by the public to describe credit cards) in that charge cards require that the balance be paid in full each month. In contrast, a credit card allows the consumer to 'revolve' their balance, at the cost of having interest charged. Most credit cards are the same shape and size, as specified by the ISO 7810 standard.

A user is issued a credit card after an account has been approved by the credit provider (often a general bank, but sometimes a captive bank created to issue a particular brand of credit card, such as American Express Centurion Bank), with which they will be able to make purchases from merchants accepting that credit card up to a preestablished credit limit.

When a purchase is made, the credit card user agrees to pay the card issuer. Originally the user would indicate his/her consent to pay, by signing a receipt with a record of the card details and indicating the amount to be paid, but many merchants now accept verbal authorizations via telephone and electronic authorization using the Internet

Structured Settlements

Structured settlements, unlike the lump sum payment of typical personal injury settlements, are paid to the plaintiff (you) over the course of time. Often the period of time is equivalent to the duration of the plaintiff’s life, with the payments taking the form of a lifetime annuity.

Such a settlement can be very beneficial in cases where the settlement will help to take the place of income, as the settlement provides a regular payment, not unlike a paycheck, rather than one large windfall of cash which the recipient may use up before they are able to gain meaningful employment again.

Also, a settlement which is structured can be used to assure an older plaintiff of a lifetime income stream, with an annuity lasting throughout the life of the plaintiff.

Third parties
Different policies specify the circumstances under which each item is covered. For example, a vehicle can be insured against theft, fire damage, or accident damage independently.

ASBESTOS

A strong and incombustible fiber widely used in the past for fireproofing and insulation.
The small, buoyant fibers are easily inhaled or swallowed, causing a number of serious diseases including: asbestosis, a chronic disease of the lungs that makes breathing more and more difficult; cancer; and mesothelioma, a cancer (specific to asbestos exposure) of the membranes that line the chest and abdomen.

Life Insurance

Life insurance, sometimes referred to as life assurance, provides for a payment of a sum of money upon the death of the insured. In addition, life insurance can be used as a means of investment or saving.

ACNE

Acne is the result of overactivity of oil glands at the base of hair follicles.
Hormone changes during teenage years cause oil glands to become overactive. Family background (heredity) plays a role in oily skin, and in increasing sensitivity of the skin to hormonal changes. Skin cells can "plug" skin pores causing "whiteheads" and, with pigment, "blackheads."
A "pimple" is an oil gland that is infected with bacteria, resulting in an inflamed area with pus formation. Acne is NOT caused by eating oily foods, soft drinks, or chocolate.
Although there is no true "cure" for acne, proper skin care, skin gel, oral antibiotics, and other oral medications are available to control the more severe forms of acne.

Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer in which malignant cells are found in the mesothelium, a protective sac that covers most of the body's internal organs.

Symptoms of pleural mesothelioma are persistent cough, difficulty in breathing, weight loss, loss of appetite, weakness, chest pains, lower back pains and difficulty in swallowing.

Treatment
